RAM clear procedures to be conducted on the EGMs shall be in accordance with Regulation 4 Part 3 Section 2 of the Casino Regulatory Manual (CRM) for Licensed Land-Based Casinos. 2. A joint meter reading to be conducted on the EGMs shall be in accordance with Regulation 4 Part 1 Section 5 of the said CRM. 3. A functionality test shall be conducted on the EGMs to ensure that said modification will not affect the parameter settings and that EGM transactions are captured by the Casino Management System. Functionality shall be conducted based on a test script which shall be prepared by the Licensee. The results of the functionality test should be favorable prior to commercial operation of the EGMs. 4. The abovementioned undertakings shall be carried out in close coordination with the Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement Department – Integrated Resorts and the PAGCOR Monitoring Team. If submission of this form is done through the ECMS, an e-mail notification confirming receipt shall be received. The status of the application can be viewed and monitored through the online account created using the same system. Operator can also download and print the acknowledgment generated as proof of submission.
