REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE July 6, 2009 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO.37-2009 SUBJECT: Loss of one (1) original copy of Tax Credit Certificate issued to RIO TUBANICKEL MINING CORPORATION TO : All Regional Directors, Revenue District Officers, Employees and others C oncerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of one (1) original copy of Tax Credit Certificate (TCC) to wit: SERIAL NUMBER DATE OF ISSUE AMOUNT TCC 2006 00003105 August 5, 2008 P48,458,859.39 The abovementioned TCC was reported as lost by MR. NORBERTO R. REYES, VP for Finance, RIO TUBA NICKEL MINING CORPORATION. Consequently, the entire TCC set bearing the said serial number is hereby cancelled. All official transactions involving the use of said form is therefore considered as INVALID. Internal Revenue Officials, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in the event that the aforesaid TCC is found and to take the necessary measures to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use of the same.
