TO : JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT, BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT, LEGAL RESEARCHERS AND SHERIFFS OF FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL TRIAL COURTS OF FIFTH JUDICIAL REGION

RE : ATTENDANCE AT THE ELEVENTH REGIONAL SEMINAR UNDER THE SPICES OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDICIAL ACADEMY

Pursuant provisions of Article VIII, Section 6, of the 1987 Constitution and Section 3 of Republic Act No. 8557, all Judges, Clerks of of Court, Branch Clerks of Court, Legal Researchers and Sheriffs of the First and Second Level Trial Court of Fifth Judicial Region are designated participants in the Eleventh Regional Seminar under the auspices of the (PHILJA), to be held on January 9 to 11, 2002, (Wednesday to Friday), at the Casa Blanca Hotel, Legaspi City.

Judges are directed to leave a skeleton force in their respective courts during the Regional Seminar.

Attendance in this live-in Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS with all expenses for travel chargeable to the funds provided by Memorandum Order No. 05-2001, dated Ferbruary 16, 2001.

All communications relating to the Program shall be addressed to Hon. Ameurfina M. Herrera, PHILJA Chancellor, 3rd Floor, Supreme Court (Taft Avenue building), Padre Faura, Manila.
