AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF BACOLOD AND CAGAYAN DE ORO JUDGES FOR THE FORUM ON JUDICIAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION (JDR)

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in coordination with the National Judicial Institute of Canada (NJI), will conduct a half-day Forum on Judicial Dispute Resolution (JDR) on August 3, 2007, at the AIM Conference Center, Benavidez cor. Trasierra Sts., Legaspi Village, Makati City.

The following judges are the resource persons:

Bacolod City

The attendance of the participants in this forum shall be MANDATORY and on [OFFICIAL BUSINESS.

The participating Judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are [properly managed and the parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearings.

Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of articipants shall be allowed.
