SUBJECT : SUSPENSION OF ATTY. ISIDRO L CARACOL FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR ONE (1) YEAR

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Resolution dated 21 January 2015 of the Third Division in Administrative Case No. 7325, entitled "Dr. Domiciano F. Villahermosa, Sr. v. Atty. Isidro L. Caracol,” to wit:

WHEREFORE, we find respondent Atty. Isidro L. Caracol GUILTY. Accordingly, we SUSPEND respondent Atty. Isidro L Caracol from the practice of law for ONE YEAR effective upon finality of this Resolution, with a warning that a repetition of the same or similar act in the future will be dealt with more severely.

Respondent received the resolution dated 1 July 2015 denying his motion for reconsideration on 25 August 2015.
