ALL THE OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN AND CITY JUDGES ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (METCJAP)

SUBJECT:

QUARTERLY MEETING OF METCJAP ON DECEMBER 11-12, 2008 IN TAGB1LARAN CITY, BOHOL

The Quarterly Meeting of the Metropolitan and City Judges Association of the Philippines (METCJAP) has been moved from December 4, 2008 to December 11 and 12, 2008 at Tagbilaran City, Bohol.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Rosalyn D. Mislos-Loja, Secretary General of the association is directed to submit a report to this Office, within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.

This Circular amends OCA Circular 94-2008 dated September 19, 2008.
