AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF SELECTED JUDGES OF THE FIRST AND SECOND JUDICIAL REGIONS ON THE SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON VARIOUS LAWS RELATING TO COURT TECHNOLOGY

In addition to the participants listed in Administrative Circular No. 02-2013, the following are hereby authorized to attend the Seminar-Workshop for Judges on Various Laws Relating to Court Technology in the First and Second Judicial Regions, on January 16-17, 2013, in Laoag City.

Attendance in this seminar-workshop shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS. All properly documented travel expenses shall be reimbursed at a later date upon submission of properly documented receipts.

The participating judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
