ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT SOCIAL WORKERS, INC.

SUBJECT:

CHANGE OF SCHEDULE OF THE 4 TH NATIONAL CONVENTION AND SEMINAR IN NAGA CITY FROM APRIL 6-8, 2004 to APRIL 21-23, 2004

The 4a National Convention and Seminar of the Philippine Association of Court Social Workers, Inc. (PACSWI) to be held in Naga City on April 6-8, 2004 has been moved to April 21-23, 2004.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said convention on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds, if authorized and available, subject to prior written permission of their respective Executive/Presiding Judges and their attendance tliereat shall not, disrupt the court calendar.

A complete report on the attendance shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from date of the said assembly.

This amends OCA Circular No. 136-2003. November 2003.
