AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION OF JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT AND BRANCH CLERKS IN THE PROVINCE OF AGUSAN DEL NORTE IN THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM OF MEDIATION TRAINEES ON COURT-ANNEXED MEDIATION

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) through the Philippine Mediation Center Office (PMCO) will conduct an Internship Program (Agusan Del Norte Mediation Program), to be held on October 17, 2016-December 1, 2016 at the Trial Courts of Agusan Del Norte.

The following Judges, Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court of the Province of Aurora are required to prepare inventory of mediatable cases and refer them to the PMC Unit in Butuan City, Agusan Del Norte starting October 17, 2016 and thenceforth.
