ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE METROPOLITAN AND CITY COURT JUDGES ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES

SUBJECT: BOARD MEETING ON 5 MAY 2000 AT THE MTCC AT LIPA CITY

The Officers and Members of the Board of Directors of the Metropolitan and City Court Judges Association of the Philippines will hold a Board meeting on Friday, 5 May 2000, at 10:00 o'clock in the morning at the Municipal Trial Court in Cities at Lipa City (Office of Judge Arcadio I. Manigbas).

The concerned judges are hereby authorized to attend the meeting on official time. However, they should see to it that their attendance at the said meeting shall not cause any disruption in the court calendar and that counsels and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
