TO : ALL JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT AND COURT LEGAL RESEARCHERS (WHO ARE IBP MEMBERS) OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN EASTERN AND WESTERN MINDANAO
SUBJECT : INTEGRATED BAR OF THE PHILIPPINES (IBP) 4TH MINDANAO CONVENTION OF LAWYERS ON OCTOBER 8 TO 10, 2012 AT THE GARDEN ORCHID HOTEL, ZAMBOANGA CITY
The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Zamboanga-Basilan-Sulu-Tawi-Tawi (ZAMBASULTA) Chapter will host the 4th Mindanao Convention of Lawyers on October 8 to 10, 2012 at the Garden Orchid Hotel, Gov. Camins Road, Zamboanga City. All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention on OFFICIAL TIME provided that their court calendars are properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.
Atty. Jose Rizalino L. Ortega, President of the IBP-ZAMBASULTA Chapter, shall submit a report (including the complete list of all judges, clerks of court and court legal reaserchers who attended the convention) to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the convention.
