AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF SELECTED COURT OFFICIALS AND PERSONNEL IN THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS, THE MEMBERS OF THE TECHNICAL WORKING GROUP AND THE ASSESSMENT TEAM OF THE INTEGRITY DEVELOPMENT REVIEW (IDR) COMMITTEE, AND THE EMPLOYEE TRAINING DIVISION TEAM OF THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES OF THE SUPREME COURT AT THE WORKSHOP AIMED TO CASCADE HIE SUPREME COURT'S EFFORTS TO STRENGTHEN AND ENHANCE INTEGRITY IN THE JUDICIARY

The Supreme Court of the Philippines, with (lie technical assistance of the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiatives (ABA-ROLI), is conducting a scries of regional workshops for selected court officials and personnel of the first and second level trial courts which started on June 25. 2009.

The workshops arc part of the Integrity Development Review Committee's efforts to establish and adopt a corruption prevention program in the Judiciary and are aimed to cascade the endeavors initiated by the Supreme Court to the fust and second level courts.

The following judges, court officials and personnel of the first and second level courts are required to attend and participate in the Fourth Workshop to be conducted on February 04. 2010.

The attendance of the participants in the workshop shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL TIME and/or OFFICIAL BUSINESS.

Judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and that the parlies arc notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

Transportation expenses are reimbursable provided that these are properly documented, such as proof of receipts, boarding pass. etc.
