TO : THE OFFICERS AND THE MEMBERS OF THE COURT STENOGRAPHERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES-NATIONAL CAPITAL JUDICIAL REGION (COSTRAPHIL-NCJR)

SUBJECT : 3rd NATIONAL CAPITAL JUDICIAL REGION (NCJR) CONGRESS ON 26 TO 27 NOVEMBER 2015 AT THE CTTY STATE TOWER HOTEL, MANILA

The officers and members of the Court Stenographers Association of the Philippines-National Capital Judicial Region (COSTRAPHIL-NCJR) will hold its 3rd National Capital Judicial Region (NCJR) Congress on 26 to 27 November 2015 at the City State Tower Hotel, #1315 A. Mabini Street, Ermita, Manila.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the 3 rd NCJR Congress, on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that there is a prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Ronalyn T. Almarvez, Vice President for NCJR of COSTRAPHIL, shall submit a report on the conduct of the activity with complete list of all court personnel who attended it to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
