SUBJECT:

SPECIAL MEETING TO BE HELD ON OCTOBER 15, 2008 AT KOWLOON RESTAURANT, MALAKAS ST., QUEZON CITY

In connection with the forthcoming 15 th National Convention, Seminar and Workshop on April 22-24, 2009 in Cagayan de Oro City of the Sheriff's Confederation of the Philippines (SCOPHIL), the following officers are hereby authorized to attend the special meeting to be held at Kowloon Restaurant, Malakas St., Quezon City on October 15. 2008, to wit:

The attendance of the above-named personnel shall be on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable against local funds if authorized, and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Mr. Winston T. Eguia, National President of the Association shall submit a report to this Office within ten (10) days after the said meeting.
