Please be advised that Bangko Sentral Registration Document (BSRD) No. (DE/S) 97-000092 dated February 6, 1997, evidencing registration of the foreign direct investment of Bionax Holdings Pte., Ltd., Singapore in Bionax Philippines Corporation has been reported lost.
Above-mentioned registration document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored when presented for capital repatriation or dividends remittances pursuant to Section 40 of CB Circular No. 1389 dated April 13, 1993, as amended.
