UY, Finance Manager, Pilmico Animal Nutrition Corporation on October 27, 2009. Consequently, the entire set bearing the said TCC No. is hereby cancelled. All official transactions involving the use of the said form effective October 28, 2009 is therefore considered as INVALID. Internal revenue officials, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in the event that the aforesaid TCC is found and to undertake necessary measures or actions in order to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition/use of the same.
