TO : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions With Quasi-Banking Functions
The Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 89 dated January 24, 1996, authorized the establishment and operation of EQUITABLE SAVINGS BANK, INC. as a thrift bank.
The Certificate of Authority to operate was signed/issued by the Governor on May 24, 1996.
The bank started operations on July 17, 1996.
