SUBJECT : CLARIFICATION ON EXEMPTION OF GAMING SITE FROM SITE

CARDS FOR PLAYER REGISTRATION DISTANCE RESTRICTIONS AND ADDITIONAL ACCEPTABLE ID

Please be advised that the PAGCOR Board of Directors approved the following in its meeting held on April 25, 2018:

1. Exemption from the radial distance reguirements of gaming sites that are co- arcades, hotels or resorts. Iocated with schools, places of worship, cockpits, horse-racing outlets and public markets within the premises of confined complex, compound or building of malls,

2 Amendment of Regulation 17 Section 2 (a) of the Gaming Site Regulatory

(ID) cards as acceptable ID cards for player registration purposes: Manuals (GSRM) to include the following valid government-issued Identification b) Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) ID a) Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) ID;

d) Police Clearance Certificate; C) e) National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance: PhilHealth ID; f Seaman's Book;

h) Integrated Bar of the Philippines ID. g Firearms License issued by the Philippine National Police; and

Moreover, the Barangay Certification (with photo) shall now be excluded from the list of acceptable valid government-issued ID cards for player registration.
