TO : THE OFFICERS AND THE MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN AND CITY JUDGES ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (MeTCJAP)

SUBJECT : QUARTERLY MEETING ON DECEMBER 6 TO 7, 2012 AT THE CASA ESPANOL, MANILA

The Officers and the Members of the Board of Trustees of the Metropolitan and City Judges Association of the Philippines (MeTCJAP) will hold a quarterly meeting on December 6 to 7, 2012 at the Casa Espanol, Manila.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME provided that their court calendars are properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Maria Gilda T. Loja-Pangilinan, Secretary General of the Association, shall submit a report (including the complete list of the Judges who attended the meeting) to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the meeting.
