For the information and guidance of all concerned. quoted hereunder is the Resolution of the Third Division of this Court, dated February 3, 1988, in Administrative Case No. 2931, entitled "Ponciano A. Roberto, Jr. vs. Atty. Narciso L. Santiago." -

"Administrative Case No, 2931. - (Ponciano A. Roberto, Jr. vs. Atty. Narciso L. Santiago). -It appearing that Atty. Narciso L. Santiago, the respondent. has not yet filed his comment on the affidavit-complaint the Court Resolved to SUSPEND Atty. Narciso L. Santiago as member of the Bar effective immediately and continuing until he complies with the resolution requiring said respondent to file his comment."
