TO: ALL OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION (PJA)

SUBJECT: REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING

The Officers and Directors of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold their Regular Monthly Meeting on August 4, 2006 at 11:30 A. M. in sulo Hotel, Quezon City and September 1, 2006 at 11:30 A. M. in Manila.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Jane Aurora C. Lantion, President of the Association is hereby directed to submit a report within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
