TO : THE NATIONAL OFFICERS AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE FIRST LEVEL CLERKS OF COURT ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (FLECCAP)

SUBJECT : NATIONAL BOARD MEETING ON 26-27 JULY 2018 IN GENERAL SANTOS CITY

The National Officers and Board of Directors of the First Level Clerks of Court Association of the Philippines (FLECCAP), together with the Clerks of Court of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities (MTCC), General Santos City, will hold their Executive Meeting and Ocular Inspection of the National Convention and Seminar venue on 26-27 July 2018 in General Santos City in preparation for the upcoming National FLECCAP Convention and Seminar on 27 to 29 November 2018 in General Santos City.

In connection therewith, the following FLECCAP national officers and board of directors and the clerks of court of the MTCC, General Santos City are hereby authorized to attend the activities on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and no disruption of the court calendar:

Atty. Dante Gil D. Gumpal, National President of FLECCAP, shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, a report on the conduct of the activities with the complete list of the attendees within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
