AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF CAGAYAN DE ORO COURT OF APPEALS JUSTICES AND SELECTED JUDGES OF REGIONS 9,10,11 and 12 AT THE REGIONAL STAKEHOLDERS' DIALOGUE ON THE REVISION OF THE RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE (MINDANAO)

In addition to the participants listed in Administrative Circular No. 49-2013, Judge RENATO V, TAMPAC of Regional Trial Court, Branch 25, Koronadal City, South Cotabato is hereby authorized to attend the Regional Stakeholders' Dialogue on the Revision of the Rules of Civil Procedure (Mindanao) on May 31, 2013, at the Waterfront Insular Hotel, Davao City:

Attendance in this seminar-workshop shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS.

The participating judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
