SUBJECT: "DRUG ABUSE COLLOQUIUM" ON JANUARY 26-27, 1994, AT VILLA LYDIA, LAOAG CITY

The Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB), in coordination with this Court, the Department of Justice, and the Office of the Mayor of Laoag City, will be conducting a two-day "Drug Abuse Colloquium" on January 26 - '27, 1994, at Villa Lydia, Laoag City.

The following Regional Trial Court judges of Ilocos Norte are hereby authorized to attend the colloquium on OFFICIAL TIME :

2. Hon. Manuel P. Dumatol - 112, Pasay City

3. Hon. Perla Bascos Querubin - 11, Laoag City

7. Hon. Ariston L. Rubio - 17, Batac

8. Hon. Ale,iandrino C. Cabebe- 18 -do-

9. Hon. Rodolfo U. Mansaho -. 19, Bangui

Conformably with the letter of Atty. Manuel M. Supnet, CSSO II, Executive Director and Board Member of the DDB, transportation and accommodation expenses in this two-day activity shall be borne by the Project.
