TO: ALL COURT PERSONNEL IN REGION VI

SUBJECT:

INTER-COLOR SPORTSFESTS ON MAY 27, 28 AND 29, 2004

In connection with the requests of the court employees of Region VI coursed through their respective associations, namely:

(1) the Coalition of Trial Court Employees Associations (CORTE), Negros Occidental;

(2) the Iloilo Court Employees Association (ICEA), Iloilo Province;

(3) the Philippines Association of Court Employees (PACE) of-Kalibo, Capiz and Antique Provinces , respectively; and,

(4) the Court Employees of the Sub-Province of Guimaras;

actual participation by Region 'VI court employees during the Inter-Color Sportsfests on May 27, 28 and 29, 2004 shall be considered on official time.

Employees who are not actual participants during the said series of events shall still be required to report for work in their respective stations so as not to unduly prejudice service to the public.
