CONCERNED OFFICERS OF THE SHERIFF'S CONFEDERATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (SCOPHIL)

SUBJECT:

15 TH NATIONAL CONVENTION, SEMINAR AND WORKSHOP ON APRIL 22-24, 2009 IN CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY

The officers and members of the Sheriff's Confederation of the Philippines (SCOPHIL) will hold its 15 th National Convention, Seminar and Workshop on April 22-24, 2009 in Cagayan de Oro City.

In connection therewith, the following officers are hereby authorized to be in Cagayan de Oro City from July 10 and 11 2008 in preparation for their necessary committees, assess and prepare all matters pertaining to said convention and for proper coordination with the host chapter:

1. Winston T. Eguia National President

2. Lucas Eloso Eje National President

The attendance of the above-named personnel shall be on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Mr. Winston T. Eguia, National President of the Association shall submit a report to this Office within ten (10) days after the said activity.
