FOR : THE OFFICERS AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE ASSOCIATION OF CLERKS OF COURT AND EX-OFFICIO SHERIFFS (ACCES)

SUBJECT: REGULAR MEETING ON 29 AUGUST 2018 AT THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF COURT, REGIONAL TRIAL COURT OF PASAY CITY

The officers and board of directors of the Association of Clerks of Court and Ex-Officio Sheriffs (ACCES) will hold their regular meeting on 29 August 2018 at the Office of the Clerk of Court, Regional Trial Court, Pasay City.

In connection therewith, the officers and board of directors of the ACCES are hereby authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that there is a prior permission from the Executive/Presiding Judge and no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Marivic S. Tibayan, ACCES Vice-President, shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, a report on the conduct of the meeting with the complete list of the attendees within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
