TO: ALL OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION (PJA)

SUBJECT: SPECIAL MEETING ON OCTOBER 5, 2007 AT QUEZON CITY

The Officers and Directors of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) together with the Committee Chairpersons of the Annual Convention will be holding a Special Meeting on October 5, 2007 at Sulo Hotel. Quezon City at 11:00 o'clock in the morning.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Reynaldo A. Alhambra, Acting Secretary General of the Association is hereby directed to submit a report to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
