AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF SPECIAL COMMERCIAL COURT JUDGES OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL JUDICIAL REGION AT THE SEMINAR-WORKSHOP FOR COMMERCIAL COURT JUDGES

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in partnership with the United States Agency for International Development (USA1D), through the American Bar Association -Rule of Law Initiative (ABA-ROLI), will be conducting the "Seminar-Workshop for Special Commercial Court Judges of the National Capital Judicial Region and the Fourth Judicial Region" on May 29-30, 2012, at Traders Hotel, Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City.

Attendance in the seminar-workshop shall be MANDATORY and ON OFFICIAL BUSINESS. The participating judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
