SUBJECT :

REGIONAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY (BY CLUSTER) ON 18 AND 19 AUGUST 2011 AT ALMENDRAS GYM, DAVAO CITY

The officers and members of the Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) of Regions XI, XII and ARMM will hold a Regional General Assembly (by cluster) on 18 and 19 August 2011 at Almendras Gym, Davao City.

All concerned are authorized to attend the assembly on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS , chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Virginia R. Coloma-Rafael, National President of the Association, shall submit to the Court Management Office, OCA a report regarding the assembly within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the said event.
