THE OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES (PACE) IN REGIONS 4-A, 4-B, 5 AND NCR

SUBJECT :

REGIONAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY (BY CLUSTER) ON 28 AND 29 APRIL 2011 IN PALAWAN

The officers and members of the Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) of Regions 4-A, 4-B, 5 and NCR will hold a Regional General Assembly (by cluster) on 28 and 29 April 2011 in Palawan.

All concerned are authorized to attend the assembly on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Virginia R. Coloma-Rafael, National President of the Association, shall submit to the Court Management Office, OCA a report regarding the assembly within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the said event.
