AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION OF JUDGES OF CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY IN THE EXECUTIVE MEETING ON JUDICIAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION (JDR)

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in coordination with the National Judicial Institute of Canada (NJI), will conduct a half-day Executive Meeting on Judicial Dispute Resolution for Judges of Cagayan de Oro City, to be held on 6 October 2005 at the Dynasty Hotel, Tiano - Hayes Street, Cagayan de Oro City.

The following judges are required to attend and participate in the executive meeting:

The attendance of the participants in the meeting shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS.

The participating Judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed for the duration of their participation in the feting, and the parties are notified in advance of any cancellation of hearings.

Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
