Petitioner apologizes for this mishap. According to petitioner, the Application for Compromise Settlement was coursed through the Bureau of Internal Revenue' s Large Ta)(payer Collection Enforcement Division (BIR-LTCED); hence, the processing thereof is under the supervision of said division. Further, upon conferring with the BIR-LTCED, respondent's

RESOLUTION CTA EB No. 2586 Page 2 of3 Application for Compromise Settlement was approved by the National Evaluation Board (NEB), the latter was able to pay the amount stated therein, and was issued a Certificate of Availment. Thus, petitioner seeks for the withdrawal of the Petition for Review in CTA EB No. 2586, along with his plea with the Court, not to cite him for indirect contempt. Finding merit, petitioner's Motion to Withdraw with Manifestation, posted on June 20, 2023, is GRANTED and NOTED. Accordingly, we RESOLVE to: a. CONSIDER the Petition for Review m CTA EB No. 2586 withdrawn; b. DEEM the assailed Decision dated May 19, 2021 and Resolution dated March 2, 2022 in CTA Case No. 9643 final and executory; and CTA EB No. 2586 closed and terminated; and c.
