In the subject Motion, petitioner manifested that it is no longer interested in pursuing the case and respectfully moves to withdraw the Petition for Review dated November 10, 2022 in light of the Notice of Decision dated March 15, 2023 issued by respondent. The Notice of Decision states that the Department of Finance "approved the recommendation of the [respondent] to grant the claim for refund of [petitioner] in the aggregate amount of PHP96,352,527.63," which is the amount subject of the petition. On June 19, 2023, respondent posted a Manifestation/ Comment stating that he interposes no objection to the Motion. Considering the above, the Motion to Withdraw Petition for Review is hereby GRANTED . The Petition for Review docketed as CTA Case No. 11027 is hereby deemed WITHDRAWN. The above- captioned case is hereby deemed CLOSED AND TERMINATED.
