CL.2O22.O36 OFFICE OF THE DEPUW GOVERNOR FI NANCIAL SUPERVISION SECTOR To All Banks and Non-Bank Financial lnstitutions Subject Sun Life Investment Management and Trust Corporation- Establishment and Commencement of Operations The Monetary Board (MB), in its Resolution No.1686 dated 3l October 2019, approved the request of Sun Life Financial Philippine Holding Company, Inc. to establish a trust corporation to be called Sun Life Investments and Trust Corporation (SLITC). On 7 Febru ary 2O2O, the MB approved the change in the corporate name of the trust corporation from SLITC to Sun Life Investment Management and Trust Corporation (SLIMTC) under Resolution No.2O9. The SLIMTC registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on 28 August 2O2O. The corresponding Certificate of Authority to Operate was issued to SLIMTC by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas on 9 November 2O2O. SLIMTC started operations on 26 July 2021.
