ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISION OF COURTS

TO :

ALL JUDGES AND EMPLOYEES OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS IN NAGA CITY, LIEMANAN AND CALABANGA, CAMARINES SUR

SUBJECT:

SPORTSFEST ON MAY 3-24, 1998 IN NAGA CITY

The judges and employees of the Regional Trial Courts in Naga City, Libmanan and Calabanga, Camarines Sur, will hold a SPORTSFEST on May 3 to 24, 1996 , from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. in Naga City .

All judges and employees authorized by their respective judges to attend the affair may do so on OFFICIAL TIME , from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. during the period as specified, subject to the condition that a skeletal force in the Office of the Clerk of Court and in each branch be maintained during the duration of the sportsfest so as not to unduly hamper judicial service.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within' ten (10) days from/date of the affair.
