For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Decision dated 26 January 2016 of the Court En Banc in Administrative Case No. 10859, entitled "Maria Fatima Japitana vs. Atty. Sylvester C. Parado," to wit:

WHEREFORE, respondent Atty. Sylvester C. Parado is SUSPENDED from the practice of law for two (2) years and PERMANENTLY DISQUALIFIED from being commissioned as Notary Public.

This order is IMMEDIATELY EXECUTORY.

Respondent, thru authorized agent Cris Melody Bermido, received the aforesaid Decision on 22 March 2016,
