ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISION OF COURTS

ALL COURT EMPLOYEES OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

SUBJECT:

ATTENDANCE AT THE INDUCTION OF THE OFFICERS OF PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES (PACE), NEGROS OCCIDENTAL CHAPTER ON SEPTEMBER 6, 1996 AT THE BARANGAY HALL, PROVINCIAL CAPITOL BUILDING, BACOLOD CITY

The PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES (PACE) , Negros- Occidental Chapter, will hold an Induction of its officers on September 6, 1996 at the Barangay Hall, Provincial Capitol Building, Bacolod City.

All court employees are authorized to attend the Induction of its officers with prior permission of their Executive Judge "arid/or Presiding Judge. Attendance thereat is on OFFICIAL TIME / OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to. local funds if authorized and available.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from date of its induction.
