ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISION OF COURTS

ALL JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURTS AND BRANCH CLERKS OF COURTS OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS IN CITIES, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS AND MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURTS OF LEYTE

SUBJECT: BI-ANNUAL CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION PROGRAM TO BE HELD ON JULY 11 - 12, 1996 AT TACLOBAN CITY

The University of the Philippines (UP) Law Center, through the Institute of Judicial Administration, in coordination with the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), Leyte Chapter, will conduct its Bi-Annual Continuing Legal Education Program to be held on July 11 - 12, 1996, at Tacloban City.

The judges, clerks of courts and branch clerks of courts concerned are hereby authorized to attend the Program on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is no disruption of the court calendar and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from date of the program.
