TO: EXECUTIVE OFFICERS OF THE SHERIFFS CONFEDERATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (SCOPHIL)

SUBJECT:

FIRST REGULAR ANNUAL MEETING OF THE SHERIFFS CONFEDERATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (SCOPHIL)

The First Regular Meeting of the Sheriffs Confederation of the Philippines (SCOPHIL) scheduled on March 9 and 10, 2006 has been moved to April 18 to 20, 2006 at the Khokak Resort, Cataingan, Masbate

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Mr. Winston T. Eguia, President of the Association shall submit to this Office a report on the attendance within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.

This amends OCA Circulars No. 130-2005 dated 13 December 2005.
