AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF SELECTED JUDGES IN THE MULTI-SECTORAL SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP

In addition to the participants listed in Administrative Circular No. 47-2011, the following are designated as participants:

Attendance of the above judges and court personnel in this seminar shall be MANDATORY and ON OFFICIAL TIME.

The participating judge should see to it that his/her respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties notified in advance of any cancelled hearing. Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
