SUBJECT:

ATTENDANCE AT THE FOURTH GENERAL CONVENTION ON DECEMBER 5 AND 6, 1995, IN PUERTO PRINCESA CITY

The Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE), Palawan Chapter , will hold its Fourth General Convention on December 5 and 6, 1995 in Puerto Princesa City.

Members of the PACE are authorized to attend the said affair with prior permission of their Executive Judge and/or Presiding Judge. Attendance shall be on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS , chargeable to local funds if authorized and available.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from date of the conference-dialogue.
