TO: ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE COURT LIBRARIANS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (CLAPHIL)

RE:

1 ST NATIONAL CONVENTION AND SEMINAR IN TACLOBAN CITY ON 17, 18 AND 19 MARCH 2003

The Court Librarian Association of the Philippines (CLAPHIL) will hold its 1 st national Convention and Seminar in Tacloban City on 17, 18 and 19 March 2003.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention/seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available but they should seek written permission from the Executive Judge and provided that their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the court calendar.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the convention.seminar.
