Single borrower's limit of thrift banks
CIRCULAR NO. 82 Series of 1995
The Monetary Board in its Resolution No. 823 dated July 28, 1995, in the exercise of its authority granted under Section 11 of Republic Act No. 7906, otherwise known as the "Thrift Banks Act of 1995," decided to retain the single borrower's limit of thrift banks at twenty-five percent (25%) of the unimpaired capital and surplus of the bank as provided under Circular No. 1371 dated December 17, 1992.
