REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES DEPARTMENT OF THE PHILIPPINES BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE Quezon City September 24, 2009 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR No. 55-2009 SUBJECT : Missing original copy from one (1) set of an unused BIR Form No. 2524- Revenue Official Receipt TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the missing original copy from one (1) set of an unused BIR Form No. 2524 � Revenue Official Receipt (ROR) with the hereunder stated serial number, to wit: ROR200900389129 The abovementioned copy was reported missing by Ms. Connie Lu B. Dimapilis, Revenue Collector Officer, Revenue District Office No. 54A-South Cavite, Trece Martirez City, Revenue Region No. 09, San Pablo City. Consequently, the entire ROR set bearing the said serial number is hereby cancelled. All official transactions involving the use of said form is therefore considered as INVALID. Internal Revenue officials, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in the event that the aforesaid form is found and to take the necessary measures to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use of the same.
