ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE WORKING COMMITTEE, PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT SOCIAL WORKERS, INC.

SUBJECT:

MEETING IN PREPARATION OF THE FORTHCOMING 4 th NATIONAL CONVENTION

The Officers and members of the Working Committee of the Association of Court Social Workers, Inc. (PACSWI) in rot its 4th National Convention to be held on April 21-23, 2004 in Naga City, will hold a meeting on November 6 and 7, 2003 at the library Trial Court, Naga City, to work out, contract, coordinate success of said convention.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds, if and available, subject to prior written permission of their Excutive/Presiding Judges and their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the court calendar.

A complete report on the attendance shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from the date of said assembly.
