AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES TO THE JUDICIAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION (JDR) TRAINERS CONFERENCE

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) and the Philippine Mediation Center Office (PMCO) will conduct a Judicial Dispute Resolution (JDR) Trainers Conference to be held on March 25-26, 2010, 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. at the Manila Pavillion Hotel, United Nations Avenue corner Ma. Orosa Street, Manila.

The following Judges are required to attend and participate in the aforementioned Judicial Dispute Resolution (JDR) Trainers Conference:

The attendance of provincial participants in the aforementioned activity shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS. On the other hand, the attendance of participants from the National Capital Region shall also be MANDATORY but on OFFICIAL TIME only.

The participating Judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed for the duration of their participation in the Judicial Dispute Resolution (JDR) Trainers Conference and that parties are notified in advance of any cancellation of hearings.
