AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF SPECIAL COMMERCIAL COURTS JUDGES AND PAIRING COURT JUDGES OF REGIONS 1,2, 3, 4 AND 5 AT THE SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON PROCEDURAL, SUBSTANTIVE LAWS AND JURISPRUDENCE ON INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
