ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISION OF COURTS

TO :

AL REGIONAL TRIAL COURT JUDGES OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION AND METROPOLITAN TRIAL COURT JUDGES

SUBJECT : ADDITIONAL COURT STENOGRAPHERS FOR THE NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION COURTS

The present complement of three (3) court stenographers for the Regional Trial Courts and two (2) for the Metropolitan Trial Court is inadequate for the demands of courts adopting the continuous trial system. An addition of one (1) court stenographer is henceforth alloted for each court.

You are hereby directed to submit immediately to the Administrative Division of the Supreme Court your recommendees who must be qualified for the position.
