TO : THE NATIONAL OFFICERS AND REGIONAL REPRESENTATIVES OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT INTERPRETERS, INC. (PhilACI, Inc.)

SUBJECT : MEETING ON 19 AND 20 OCTOBER 2017 AT THE VALLEY BREEZE HOTEL, GABALDON, NUEVA ECIJA

The national officers and regional representatives of the Philippine Association of Court Interpreters, Inc. (PhilACI, Inc.) will hold their final meeting on 19 and 20 October 2017 at the Valley Breeze Hotel, Gabaldon, Nueva Ecija, in preparation for the national convention and seminar of the PhilACI, Inc. on 28 February to 2 March 2018 in Aklan.

In connection therewith, the national officers and regional representatives of the PhilACI, Inc. are hereby authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/BUISINESS, provided that there is a prior permission from the Presiding Judge and no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Ma. Victoria P. Lim, National President of the PhilACI, Inc., shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, a report on the conduct of the meeting with the complete list of the attendees within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
